About Helen & Lynda
My background includes over thirty years working in recruiting and helping people with their career journey. As the founder of Tanagui LLC I have been working with women over 40 after my own personal experience in the workplace and my research on ageism. Even today, women face diminishing value in the workplace after 40, and with increased longevity, we must find and pursue our passion. I speak at events, on podcasts, and write articles on overcoming the impact of age discrimination on women.
I am a Certified Coach trained with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I am a member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society with education in Women & Gender Studies and African American Studies. I am a member of the Honor Society in Women & Gender Studies and have received the Alice Paul Award for Activism.
I have over 40 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, employee, and executive. I am the founder of Refirement Network. A business focused on the changing world of longevity and technology and how we need to navigate a new pathway. We are all unique and need to design our personal journey. My focus is on the 50Plus generation, going through many transitions and discovering their own direction for their next season of life. I am a writer, speaker, and facilitator. The Building your Legacy Season 50+ is a course I have written and presented over the past few years.
